We’re delighted to announce the launch our first ever fully comprehensive online quotation and ordering system. This new system will remove the need for physical quotation and order forms and, instead, will allow our trade customers to submit their requests with just a few clicks.
A stress-free process
Throughout every stage of its development, we have worked to ensure that the new system is slick, simple and easy to use. The options are customised to match the type of secondary window selected, with explainer icons on hand to guide users through every stage. ‘Advanced options’ are available to provide a more in-depth ordering experience, but this is not essential in completing the process.
Order and quote history
A comprehensive history of quotes and orders is available on the new system, allowing trade customers to track total spend and requested delivery dates. Customers will be able to filter this by month or year, streamlining the ability to access historical quotes and orders. No more saving emails or order forms, the system does all the hard work automatically.
Ultimate design freedom
Our trade partners will be able to create completely bespoke quotes through the system, tailored to the exact needs of their customers. Glass types and thickness, timber sizes and trims are all amongst the features that can be customised depending on the needs of the homeowner. Additional charges are also clearly outlined for complete pricing transparency.
