Horizontal sliding units are suitable for various window styles, such as casement, hinged or any window with vertical bars. Their slim frames and smooth sliding action on brass rollers ensure easy access to the primary windows for cleaning and ventilation. Plus, the sashes can be completely removed when the existing window needs cleaning.

Available in configurations of two, three, four or five panels, the horizontal sliding system doesn’t sacrifice looks for performance for larger glass expanses. Whatever the size, Granada’s horizontal sliders feature truly slimline aesthetics. The units can then be stacked or coupled together to treat even larger areas of glazing.

Horizontal sliding units can operate in a right-hand or left-hand orientation, making them compatible with virtually all window configurations. A key feature of this system is the ability of the panels to slide completely past one another to allow easy access for cleaning. For improved security, the units can be ordered with specific locks and handles.

The many glazing options are fully customised to suit individual project requirements with 4mm to 10.8mm glass offered to satisfy thermal and acoustic requirements. The new product range features a Low-E glass coating on the side of the panel facing into the primary window.

All horizontal sliding secondary glazing units are custom-made to your individual specification and the discreet aluminium frames can be powder coated in a choice of 200 RAL colours to match your existing windows and interior décor.
